Video Tutorial FAQ’s

How will I receive my purchase?

You will receive a download link via email immediately after purchase. All videos & files are delivered electronically. The download link will provide access to a large ZIP file and can only be used once. Please make sure you have a reliable, desktop internet connection before downloading your ZIP file. Do not try and download the ZIP file on your tablet or phone.

How many times can I download my purchase?

One time only. Please ensure you have a good internet connection and are using a desktop computer. You will not be able to open the large zip file on a phone or tablet.

Once I receive my downloaded link, how long before it expires?

The download link does not expire.

How large are the zip files?

It depends. Look for ‘Download Size’ in the video description and you’ll see the size for the 4K & HD versions.

May I share this with a friend?

Please DO NOT share, copy, or distribute purchased files or materials.The files are licensed and sold to you for personal-use only. If you want to share the video with a friend, please direct them to the ‘Tutorials’ page so they can purchase their own copy.

What if my download didn’t work?

The Internet can be your greatest friend or your worst enemy. We understand not everything runs 100% smoothly. Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll confirm your purchase and work with you to resolve the issue. Before contacting us, it’s probably a good idea to reset your modem and/or wireless receiver.

Can I watch the video portion on my phone and/or tablet?

Yes! After you’ve downloaded the large ZIP file, unzip it, and transfer the video to your mobile device.

How long are the videos?

Our tutorials are 1.5 – 2.5 hours long. Look for ‘Running Time’ in the video description for specific length.

What is included with my purchase?

We provide you with the following digital files in each tutorial you purchase:
  • Video file (see below for format and resolution)
  • RAW image files (Yep, the original files Brad captured out in the field)
  • A compressed PSD (Photoshop file so you can open it in the program)
  • A compressed JPG of the finished file
  • A ‘Read Me’ PDF file with additional instructions

Does your video include various languages?

No, all videos are narrated in English.

Why does my video look fuzzy when playing it?

The video portion is encoded in MPEG4 video format, which is compatible with numerous video players on Mac & PC computers, iPhones/iPads, Androids, and tablets. For the best playback experience, we HIGHLY recommend playing the video portion of the tutorial using the free VLC Player. The player works on both PC and Mac computers. You can download the VLC Player for free by visiting www.videolan.org/vlc/. Lastly, make sure you’re not watching the HD version on a 4K screen; that’s why we offer a 4K version.

What is the difference between the 4K and HD version and why does it cost more?

The only difference between the videos are the resolution size. The 4K version is designed for large screens with a resolution up to 3840×2160. You can read more about 4K HERE. This larger resolution costs more to produce so we had to tack on a small fee. The HD version is for typical screens with resolution up to 1920×1080. What programs do I need to download and/or purchase to follow along in your tutorial?

Brad is using Adobe Bridge (adobe.com/products/bridge) and Adobe Photoshop (adobe.com/products/photoshop). You can download a free, 7-day trial of these programs by visiting adobe.com/downloads and selecting ‘Free Trial.’

Do I need any type of extra plugins or Photoshop actions?

No. Just Adobe Photoshop & Bridge

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! If you purchase all 3 videos, you’ll receive a 20% discount. Look towards the bottom of the ‘Video Tutorials’ page and find the option to purchase all 3 videos. The discount has already been included in the price so no need to worry about entering a code.

Where can I apply my discount code?

If you have a discount code, it can be applied at the ‘Checkout’ page. After you’ve added your video to your cart, select ‘Checkout’ at the bottom right of the page. When the popup appears, click on ‘Show Order Summary’ and look for ‘Discount Code.’ Enter your code and click ‘Apply.’ For an example, click HERE.

Do you offer refunds?

No. As a digital product cannot be returned, all purchases are final.
