- Chris MarlerThis is a composite shot taken in November at Skogafoss Falls in Iceland. It’s my favorite of 2019 because I’ve been trying to capture the northern lights for years, and I was finally able to do that on this trip. I used the technique Brad taught us by combining a long exposure foreground shot with a 20 second sky shot.

- Chris MarlerTorres Del Paine National Park, Chile, March 2023. Patagonia had always been on my bucket-list, and it turned into the trip of a lifetime. This image was captured on one of those extraordinarily rare perfect mornings. The pink colors exploding in the sky prior to sunrise, the mountain reflection in the lake, no wind at all, and the serene setting was something I'll never forget. All this following a beautiful night of astrophotography at the same location. I'm so glad I stayed until sunrise.
