FAQ

  • Pre-registering does not secure a spot in the workshop. It lets us know that you intend to register and attend the workshop once enrollment officially opens.
  • Once we reach the minimum number of guests needed, we will confirm with you via email before sending an invoice for the non-refundable deposit. Once we have received your deposit, your spot will be secured.
  • If we don’t reach the minimum enrollment 100 days prior to our starting date, we will make the final decision on whether the workshop will proceed.
  • This process allows us to confidently secure the required permits and lodging while determining whether we have enough guests to make the workshop possible.

 

Due to the nature of outdoor photography workshops, we cannot offer refunds for weather-related events. Typically, we ask all participants attending our workshops to ‘come a day early, stay a day late.’ For our Death Valley Workshops, we have already included the extra day to accommodate a flexible itinerary. 

We do not offer refunds for government shutdowns and other uncontrollable factors. However, we do our best to accommodate your needs with flexible itineraries where possible. For detailed information on cancellations, rescheduling, or other terms, please review our Terms & Conditions.
