This photograph of the Milky Way over the Grand Tetons is my favorite image for 2026. Grand Teton National Park is an extraordinary setting for landscape and wildlife photography. I was there in late September, just as the fall colors reached their peak. One particular night offered rare, perfect conditions—a crystal-clear sky, complete darkness, vibrant autumn colors, and the Tetons for a dramatic background. It felt like everything came together at once.
