Overall Winner of the 2018 Astronomy Photographer of the Year | Full Story >
I stopped by Palouse Falls on the way back from Palouse rolling hills shooting in late May. It was no moon day and I though initially it was not good as nothing can be captured except for the starry sky. I was lucky enough that my photo god sent me a photographer from Texas with a LED lighting and he allows me to shoot together by shedding the falls and surroundings. We worked together finding the best way to shed the area and adjusted the intensity. It turned out very good in the lighting and starry sky balance.
