I was a bit skeptical about this workshop, but thought that capturing Fall colors by moonlight was a unique perspective. I was not disappointed. Brad and Evie took us to several vantage points to capture Fall colors under varying conditions, from nighttime rain to cloudy side light and clear, star filled nights with hints of the Milky Way even with the growing moonlight. The workshop exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to those looking for something “different”. I chose this shot because it had the greatest variety of color in the foliage, plus a stream meandering through the composition, topped off by threatening clouds and stars. In all, I think it captures the totality of what I was hoping to experience from this workshop.
