“Night photography asks something different. It requires stillness, patience, exploration, and a willingness to embrace the unknown. As the afterglow fades into darkness, each of these artists have embraced the unknown. Each individual, a distinct approach, a voice of their own, discovered a profound moment of seeing our world. This collection reminds me why I began teaching and why I keep returning to the night. It has been a privilege to learn from these artists and witness their process capturing the beauty of the night.”
